2. PRICING & PAYMENT

Currency: All valuations are listed in EUR (€).
Title Retention: The artwork remains the strict property of the artist until the full settlement of funds has been confirmed.
Art Tax Exemption: As a direct sale from the artist, this transaction is exempt from the Norwegian Art Tax.

3. SHIPPING & LOGISTICS

Origin: Assets are dispatched from the artist's current "Moving Studio" location or the primary base in Norway.
Calculation: Shipping costs are calculated individually based on the asset's specific location and the destination country at the time of aquisition.
Risk: The risk of loss or damage transfers to the Aquiring Entity once the asset has been handed over to the courier/freight carrier.

4. IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

Export from Norway: Assets are sold as exports from Norway (outside the EU VAT zone). Norwegian VAT (MVA) is not charged.
Import Liability: The Aquiring Entity is strictly responsible for any local Import VAT or customs fees charged by their destination country.
Customs Declaration: All artworks are declared under HS Code 9701.10 ("Original Paintings and Drawings"). In most jurisdictions (including the EU and USA), this classification qualifies for Duty-Free (0%) entry and reduced Import VAT rates.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Policy: In accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act, private consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of receipt.
Procedure: To exercise this right, the buyer must notify the artist in writting within 14 days of delivery.
Returns: The buyer bears the full cost and risk of return shipping. The artwork must be returned in its original, unaltered condition, packed in the same profesional manner as it was received.

6. COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Usage: The aquisition of an original artwork does not transfer the copyright or commercial reproduction rights to the buyer.
Rights: The artist retains all worldwide rights to the image, including the right to produce prints or use the image in digital media.

7. PRIVACY

Data Protocol: We collect names and addresses strictly for the purpose of invoicing and logistics. We do not sell, distribute or monetize personal data to third parties.
